Our Semi-precious Stone collection is named after Venus, the Greek Goddess of fertility.
The legend goes that while Venus was sleeping one day, the mischievous Cupid cut her fingernails with one of his arrows. As no part of a Goddess may be wasted, when they fell to the floor they turned to precious stones.
